Reinforcement of items describes the process of increasing the attributes of weapons, armor and accessories. Different attributes are increased depending on the item that is being reinforced. For example increased damage on weapons or increased defense on armor.
Special abilities will be applied to an item, if it is reinforced by more than a certain value.
- Craftsman NPC or Item Reinforcement window in the Item Menu
- The item (Weapon, Armor, or Accessory) a character wants to reinforce
- The necessary Reinforcement Material for this item
- A fee in Gold
Players need to select an item to reinforce and place it on the interface. This will show the effect of the process on the item, in case of success, and the reinforcement material needed for the process.
Different Reinforcement Materials are needed depending on the item a character wishes to reinforce. The materials can be obtained from killing monsters, completing quests or disassembling items.

Reinforcement Boosters can be used to increase the chance of success or protect the item from the negative effects in case of failure.
Every reinforcement has a certain probability of success. The following 4 outcomes are possible if reinforcement fails:
- The item remains the same as before.
- The item's reinforcement level is decreased by 1.
- The item is reset and loses all previously improved stat points.
- The item is destroyed.
Possible Reinforcement ResultsEdit
The chance of success is inversely proportional to the increase of the reinforcement level. In general, when a reinforcement attempt fails, the less severe outcomes (level reduction or no change) are significantly more likely to occur than the harshest ones (level reset or item destruction).

The additional levels 11-13 will only be available for Epic and Legendary equipment of level 50 and higher. The lower quality and level gear will continue to be upgradable only up to level 10.
